Utilities vary parcel to parcel, the permit counter is a county one, the runs are long, and the housing sits in a single decade that is now well past its easy years. These seven items are what we establish before anyone quotes anything here.
Drinking water is likely Sunrise Water Authority, which supplies Happy Valley, Carver and Damascus along with areas of unincorporated Clackamas County, roughly 44,000 people across 13,834 service connections.
