Cabling clears the blockage in front of you and cuts roots open. High-pressure jetting scours the full diameter of the pipe, which is what a line carrying grease, scale or recurring root intrusion actually needs. On any main-line problem a camera goes in first, so the method matches the cause instead of the symptom.

On any work that requires one, yes. In Oregon that includes water heater replacement, whole-house repipes, sewer lateral replacement, backflow assembly installation, and most excavation. We pull the permit, build to code and schedule the inspection. The signed-off permit forms part of the closing documentation, alongside camera footage and test reports where they apply.
Lovett does not do HVAC, electrical, roofing, appliance repair beyond garbage disposals, septic pumping, well drilling, or standalone new-construction plumbing rough-in. On EV charging we install the conduit and the civil work and EC Electric handles the electrical side. If a job needs a trade we do not carry, we will say so rather than take it on and subcontract around it.
The Portland metro and the Vancouver, WA area are the core coverage, and Portland and Vancouver are the two hubs. We also work south through the Willamette Valley in Woodburn, Salem, Keizer, Albany, Corvallis and Eugene.
